My 12 Year Old Son Has Some Congestion, No Fever,

My 12 year old son has some congestion, no fever, cough, drainage and has some coughing up of some fluid which he thinks is coming from his nasal drainage. He had this for about 4 days now. He had some nausea yesterday but it subsided. I also have the same symptoms with laryngitis. We took a test drive for a new car yesterday with someone that has confirmed pneumonia. Our throats are hurting because of the coughing which is worse at night with the drainage but is also present during the day (not as be though). Just wanted to know if we need to be seen yet since it only 4 day and no fever and only exposed yesterday. thanks!
