My 12month Old Daughter On Sunday Had A Fall And

My 12month old daughter on Sunday had a fall and hit her head. Made sure to keep her up for a while and check on her every couple of hours that night. Today was playing with her and felt a soft spot on her head and it's hard underneath. Almost feels mooshy, is this something we should be concerned about and take her in for an X-ray?
