My 13 Month Old Baby Is Having 14mm ASD, Small

My 13 month old baby is having 14mm ASD, small PDA and pulmonary stenosis .
seasonal cold and cough are lasting for very long time once infected. her growth rate and activities are normal.
we are in consulatation with loacal pediatric who suggests to nebulize her reqularly with asthalin respules but its not helping her much. please suggest how to handle this respiratory related frequent problem
