My 13 Old Daughter Received An HPV Vaccination Approximately 4-6

My 13 old daughter received an HPV vaccination approximately 4-6 weeks ago. It was administered in her upper arm. She has just noticed painful swelling in the spot where the shot was given. There's no redness, but the swelling is rather hard and about the size of a half dollar. Is this common after such a long period since the vaccine was given?
