My 13 Year Granddaughter Is On 10 Mg Of Abilify

My 13 year granddaughter is on 10 mg of abilify but she is showing no signs of schizophrenia bi-polar or terets. I am concerned as to why a dr would put her on such a high dose of such a strong medication. Can you give any other reason that this would be?
