My 13 Year Old Daughter Had Vaccinations This Year. After

My 13 year old daughter had vaccinations this year. After her first round, back in April, she noticed a lump in her armpit appear and it became tender. The lump disappeared and so too did the soreness. She had her second round of vaccinations, her tetanus, Hep B and polio 9 days ago and again she noticed the lump reappear and her armpit has swelled slightly to give her uneven creases at the top of the inside of her arm near her breast when she has her arms to her side. Her armpit is also sore to touch. I felt under her armpit today and felt an oblong type of lump which feel like a fat vein. She rarely gets sick but emotions can be a bit up and down because when she has her periods. Her weight is excellent and she exercises regularly. Should I make a doctor's appointment or is this just a reaction to the vaccine? How many days should we wait for the swelling to subside?
