My 13 Year Old Daughter Has Been Prescribed Lymecycline 408mg

My 13 year old daughter has been prescribed Lymecycline 408mg for her acne that has been getting very severe. She cant swallow the tablets & we have tried sprinkling with every food, including ice cream, but she jist cant stand the taste & it always ends in tears & we end up leaving it. Is there any way of getting this in liquid medicine?
