My 13 Year Old Daughter Is Complaining Of Sudden Sharp

My 13 year old daughter is complaining of sudden sharp pains left side under rib cage n in her arm pit. It doesn't last long each time but comes and go. The pain at first had her tears. But doesn't seem to be as intense now but is frequently happening. What could it be? No fever no other symptoms either
