My 13 Yo Daughter Is Compulsively Lying And Stealing Things.

My 13 yo daughter is compulsively lying and stealing things. I've recently noticed that she seems unable to predict the consequences of her actions, is unable to perceive body language or social cues accurately, and is prone to meltdown when confronted in any way about anything. Is this inner-related and if so, symptomatic of something specific?
