My 13 Yr Old Son Had Some Dizziness And Headache

My 13 yr old son had some dizziness and headache for 4 hours after soccer game. Only impacts to head were 3 headers. The last one he hit right in the center of top/back head, where hair lines come together. This was from a throw in, so the ball was not traveling fast. He immediately grabbed his head, and then asked to be subbed (which is unusual). He is fine today, and upset that we won't let him play in a game this afternoon. Any advice on whether we should seek further evaluation?
