My 13 Yr Old Son Has Lump Under His Whole

My 13 yr old son has lump under his whole nipple that feels like the size of a grape and looks like it has a white head forming. He says it hurts sometimes. He has had on other parts of his body similar symptoms that he had to have lanced to release the fluids. With it being under the nipple is it possible an infection like the rest or something else?
