My 13 Yrs Old Daughter Came To Me Yesterday And

My 13 yrs old daughter came to me yesterday and told me that her toes are swollen and very painful. We have just recently moved to a much colder city than we used to live and I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I told her to soak it in hot water which she did, and she said it felt better.
Any ideas?
