My 13month Old Daughter Seems To Cringe And Be In

My 13month old daughter seems to cringe and be in discomfort when I change her bum. No visible rash or redness. She is more whiny then usual and is walking differently. Like her balance is off slightly??? She felt warm 2 evenings but only low grade. I don't know what's wrong with her??
