My 14 Year Old Daughter And I Were Outside Zip

My 14 year old daughter and I were outside zip lining. She started having double vision and then blurry vision. I got her water and in the air conditioned car. That was a little over an hour ago. She is complaining on occasional sharp pains in her eyes. Are these symptoms of heat exhaustion or is something else going on which requires medical care?
