My 14 Year Old Daughter Came Home Early From School

My 14 year old daughter came home early from school today not feeling well. She has her period and we both just thought it was craps. Since she's been home she has been throwing up about 4 times now. She can't eat anything or even drink anything. Do you have any suggestions for food and drink that she can have that will stay down?
