My 14 Year Old Daughter Has Been Feeling Dizzy And

My 14 year old daughter has been feeling dizzy and headachey for a couple days. I've kept her close in case she passes out. While we were at the grocery store I had her check her blood pressure. It was 135/62 with a pulse if 98. She's always been in good health. What should I do for her?
