My 14 Year Old Daughter Woke Up Fine This Morning.

My 14 year old daughter woke up fine this morning. Within 2 hours, she had some blurred vision, followed by an extreme headache that resulted in nausea. After some rest, she still has a residual headache, but otherwise seems fine. The blurred vision only lasted a split second twice and then was gone. I'm thinking a migrane?
