My 14 Year Old Granddaughter Has Chest Pains In Mid

My 14 year old granddaughter has chest pains in mid chest to under breast on left side of body. Her school has called about three times this year saying her blood pressure was high (last time 141/85). When taken to doctor, her blood pressure is always normal and he sees no importance in symptoms. Does this sound like something for which we should be seeking other medical advice? The school nurse checks when she goes to office complaining with chest hurting.
