My 14 Year Old Son Had This Pain In His

My 14 year old son had this pain in his head where on a pain scale is usually at a 4 or above. He says it feels like his heart is going through his head. He sleeps all the time, when he wakes his head feels better. Last week he had 8 nose bleeds in three days. Last month, and in January he had mild nose bleeds but seems each month when they start they get worse. Friday he even spit up blood clots. All of sudden he getting worse each month, all the testing thus far as come back negative. He will be going for another MRI soon. It started in August 2015. Any thoughts what is going on with him?
