My 14 Year Old Son Has Severe Seasonal Allergies. He

My 14 year old son has severe seasonal allergies. He refuses to use the nasal spray that has been prescribed by his allergist. He has been coughing, congested and feeling terrible for 4 days. Tonight I gave him a decongestant - advil cold and sinus and some cough medicine so that he could do his homework after swim practice. He is much clearer and isn't coughing but just told me that he has blood in his ear - small amount. He usually gets sinus infections once a year during allergy season b/c of his congestion. Should I take him to the doctor now, or can we wait until morning.
