My 14 Yr Old Daughter Noticed Her Cheek Getting Red

My 14 yr old daughter noticed her cheek getting red and slightly swollen during school. She pointed it out to me when she got home and it was still red and a little swollen. It is warm to the touch and putting cool compresses on it helps. She is on 500mg of augmentin 2x/day for a cold/sinus infection. She's been on the medication for 5 days. I just gave her a benedryl. Please let me know if you think I should take her to an urgent care. Thanks.
