My 15 Month Old Daughter Fell Off My Mattress That

My 15 month old daughter fell off my mattress that I have on the floor. She hit her forehead on a metal bar that surrounds my staircase. She had a minor dent but it popped out and turned into a small lump/bruise. She was responsive. Followed my finger & responded to my questions. Do I still need to take her to the emergency room?
