My 15 Month Old Has Indigestion. He Seems To Have

My 15 month old has indigestion. He seems to have difficulty passing stool. He had goat the previous day and that may not be easy on his stomach. He has been refusing solids and liquids and crying most of the time. He threw up 1 time when we tried to force feed milk. He has low grade fever too. He forced gripe water and Tylenol into his mouth. Should we be worried? Or will he be fine in couple days? Should we give him anything to help the digestion?
