My 15 Y/o Daughter Complained Of Not Feeling Her Left

My 15 y/o daughter complained of not feeling her left leg. She is an overall healthy and active teen. She can bear weight on it and is not due to an injury. I was thinking a pinched nerve but then she also said that the left side of her face felt heavy and numb earlier today. My concern is with the left side being affected only. She said no issues with speech, sight or her arms. She said she did become anxious about not feeling half of her face. So I am unsure if anxiety is a possibility but I am kinda concerned of a tia?
