My 15 Year Old Daughter Has Had Tingling In Her

My 15 year old daughter has had tingling in her chin the past 5 days. She experienced a back injury while tumbling/cheering back in January. She has had an MRI but did not show anything but she is in PT to help loosen the tight muscles and facet joints. Could the injury be causing nerve damage? I've also read it's an early sign of ALL. I am thinking I might want to get her into a nuerologist asap. We live in Dallas.
