My 15 Year Old Daughter Has Red Bluster Looking Bumps

My 15 year old daughter has red bluster looking bumps on both sides of torso, up into her harm pits. We were told by doctor that they were bed bug bites. We realized she had spent the night at a friends a couple of days prior to theses bumps. But now many are appearing and she now has a few on her belly. No where else on her body. I have had her sleep on the couch for the past week and they are still showing up on her body
