My 15 Year Old Son Has A Lump On The

My 15 year old son has a lump on the outside of his left knee in the 4 o'clock position. The lump was large, reduced in size, and is now larger again. He plays football, wrestling and baseball. The lump is sore to the touch and it hurts during physical activity and also when walking/sitting.
