My 15 yo son fell down two steps on his coccyx, then hit cement. I know there is nothing an xray can do vs it broke or not, because treatment is still the same. I weighs 125 pounds can he have 800 mg ibuprofen for the pain and we alternate with how much tylenol for the pain?
