My 1.5 Yr Old Fell Out Of Her Crib On

My 1.5 yr old fell out of her crib on hardwood floors and got a nose bleed. It stopped but now she sounds a little congested. When it happened i was getting her ready for bed so ahe was already tired but she was falling asleep sitting up, as i tried to keep her up until her doc called back, her doctor said as long as her behavior dosent change she should be fine but im still worried about how easily she was falling asleep sitting up
