My 15 Yr Old Poodle Is On Novo Semide And

My 15 yr old poodle is on novo semide and fortekor for heart and lung issues. It was clearing up his coughing but he is very wheezy tonite and has thrown up yellow bile 5 times in the last 2 hours. Any suggestions on if the mess are causing this or I'm wondering if he is having phlegm buildup and throwing it up
