My 16 Month Old Daughter Had A Tooth Cyst Over

My 16 month old daughter had a tooth cyst over a week ago. It went down but a tooth hasn't come thru. The last 2 days she's been acting sick, having diarrhea, and crying when she eats. Tonight I noticed a large hunk of her gum is hanging of right where the cyst had been. It's white and closer to the gumline is purple. Could it be an absess? Should I bring her in to urgent care or call her Dr in the morning?
