My 16 Y/o Daughter Was Sent To The ER After

My 16 y/o daughter was sent to the ER after a syncopated episode. This was the first day of her menstrual cycle and she has never had problems in the past with any syncope. She states her stomach was cramping severe and she felt nauseous. She got up to go to the restroom and fainted. She received a head lac. The ER order head ct full lab workup, chest xray, and ecg. All test came back within normal limits except the fact her wbc was 17,000 without explanation. Based on these findings what is your opinion.
