My 16 Year Old Daughter Gets Migraines. She Had A

My 16 year old daughter gets migraines. She had a migraine for about 24 hours and took 50 mg of sumatriptan, then another 50 mg 2 hours later. After the migraine went away she has been very nauseous and throwing up. I am giving her 4 mg of Zofran about twice a day and it does not seem to be working. What is going on?
