My 16 Year Old Daughter Plays Three Varsity Sports At

My 16 year old daughter plays three varsity sports at an extremely high level. She has been playing soccer since she was 4 and I am a group fitness instructor and nurse. She is 5'8 and approximately 220 lbs. She has games and practices for a minimum of 20 hours per week and she has the resting heart rate of an athlete. I have suspected endocrine issues for a while but do not want to damage her self esteem. Her father has Graves' disease so we tested her for thyroid issues a few years ago and she was within normal range. She has recently began complaining of bone pain in her right arm as well as flank pain. The bone pain concerns me the most. The unusual obesity for a female athlete has always been a concern but accompanied with the bone pain I am worried, possibly Cushions?? It is difficult to reach out to PCP because they look at her and see an inactive teen that is sedentary and eating junk food. This is extremely inaccurate. She is a straight A student, no history of family problems, abuse or psychological issues. She takes no medications but takes a bronchodilator for intermittent asthma a few times a year since childhood. Again, she is extremely active playing varsity soccer, club soccer, varsity basketball and varsity volleyball. Any direction or advice is greatly appreciated.
