My 16 Year Old Daughter Was Diagnosed With A 4

My 16 year old daughter was diagnosed with a 4 cm cyst today. my dr told me in the waiting room and answered no questions for me and gave her nothing for pain. Ibuprophen is not helping. she goes to the obgyn on Monday for an untrasound and appt. can you tell me what I can do to help ease her pain? she is at a 7 on the scale constantly now.
