My 16 Year Old Daughters Boyfriend (who Does Not Currently

My 16 year old daughters boyfriend (who does not currently have insurance) complained of pain below his jaw which to me looked like lymph nodes. I has moved to the parotid nodes and you can visually see the difference when looking at his face. He thought he slept wrong on Sunday night - this was his 1st complaint. What could this be and how soon should he get to the doctor?
