My 16 Year Old Son Has One Swollen Lymph Node

My 16 year old son has one swollen lymph node on the right side of his neck. It goes down with antibiotics and acne medicine but then also returns to its swollen size. Our doctor is not too worried about it and did an ultra sound that just showed the enlarged lymph node. Just need a second opinion.
