My 16 Yr Old Daughter Has Very Sharp Lower Abdominal

My 16 yr old daughter has very sharp lower abdominal pains after waking from a nap. She is not sexually active. She's a runner and went for a run today but no muscle strain. I, her mother, had a hysterectomy after having years of issues of the same symptoms (which I was told was the opposite of endometriosis. Any thoughts of what to do for her?
