My 17 1/2 Y.o. Daughter Keeps Getting Extremely Hot(hot Cheeks)

My 17 1/2 y.o. daughter keeps getting extremely hot(hot Cheeks) but doesn't have a temp. She has done this for a few years. She has had 2-3 concussions 3 years ago while a competitive cheerleader. She gets her period 2 times per month each lasting 5 days and regular to heavy flow. She has a cyst on her left ovary that burst monthly and causes a lot of pain prior to bursting. Then there are times she cannot get warm. I have brought her to a gynecologist who did blood tests to test just about everything and everything came back wnl.
What could be wrong with her?
