My 17 Year Old Daughter Has A Very Loud Gurgling

My 17 year old daughter has a very loud gurgling stomach. She doesn't have any gas, but does suffer from frequent diarrhea and occasional constipation.she frequent complains of stomach pains. She's been tested and is NOT lactose intolerant. At one point she was told she suffers from acid reflux and was on meds for about 3 months. The reflux issue seems to have gone away but seems Her appetite has recent decreased and her weight has gone down slightly. What could be the issue? Should I take her to the doctor?
