My 17 Year Old Daughter Is Having Extreme Pain In

My 17 year old daughter is having extreme pain in her back just under her shoulder blade. This has been going on for a year. She has had an x-ray that showed nothing. We thought at first it was pneumonia, yet her lungs were clear. It helps her if I press on the spot yet when I let go the pain comes right back.
