My 17 Year Old Daughter Is On Augmenten For Sore

My 17 year old daughter is on Augmenten for sore throat, enlarged tonsils, fever of up to 103.8. She is taking alternating doses of ibuprofen and tylenol. She is nauseous and doesn't want to eat much of anything- a little applesauce. Since Sunday- we have been to urgent care and doctor- yesterday - who said give her 48 hours on the augmenten and if not better go to ER. It has not been 48 hours, but is there a way to break the nausea cycle to get her to eat something without throwing up? I am giving her Dramamine. Or should I not worry that she isn't eating as long as she is drinking. She is drinking mostly water and some apple juice.
