My 17 Year Old Daughter Just Told Me That She

My 17 year old daughter just told me that she has smoked marijuana and tobacco out of a bong and on 4 occasions has had a seizure. The last one happened yesterday and she turned blue and pooped her pants. She says she's never had a seizure before or any other time, but we're concerned that she has done some damage. I would like to take her to a doctor and I'm not sure what type of doctor would be the best to see.
