My 17 Year Old Granddaughter Was Born With 4 Money's

My 17 year old granddaughter was born with 4 money's and a double uriter. In the past month she has developed vasculitis. She is being checked for auto ammuine. Why not check her kidneys. Also she has large amounts of blood in urine but no infection. Thanks
