My 17 Year Old Had A Concussion When He Was

My 17 year old had a concussion when he was 12. He plays sports and last year he took a hard hit in a soccer game and felt he may have had another light concussion. Ever since he has suffered from slight hand tremors and recently he has complained of vision problems when reading digital screens. Could he have damage from the concussions? Should we consult a neurologist
