My 17 Year Old Son Is A Type One Diabetic.

My 17 year old son is a type one diabetic. He has never had the flu of any type since he was diagnosed almost 5 yrs ago. He has been vomiting now for 5 or so hrs. Dry heaving and now its brown liquid coming up. I have tried to get him to drink small doses of pediatlyte and water it keeps coming up. There is no fever.
