My 17 Year Old Son Was Diagnosed @ 10 With

My 17 year old son was diagnosed @ 10 with high blood pressure, he was 10 weeks premature. He had been on lisinopril since he was 10. He also takes welbuterin & zoloft . His hands shake all the time. He can sleep 18-20 hrs a day. What is causing him to sleep so much? He sees a hypertension Doc every 6 months @ childrens Hospital & they have done blood test & they are normal. He sleeps very heavy thru alarms. What should we test him for to see what makes him sleep so much? He also can't remember things we tell him 1 hour later & doesn't concentrate well on things. We had him tested for add & add & they were negative. Thank you
