My 17 Year Old Son Was Tackled And Punched Several

My 17 year old son was tackled and punched several times in the face yesterday. He has a black eye, one side of his face is swollen, he has a few small cuts on his face and the inside of his mouth is cut and bruised. I am wondering if the fact that he has been cold and shivering since about 4-5 hours after this happened, and tonight has cold sweats could have anything to do with his injuries. I'm not sure if it could be shock. He is a quiet kid and this was not expected. Bullies.
