My 18 Month Has Been Running A Fever For 2

My 18 month has been running a fever for 2 days I've been giving her Tylenol. She isn't throwing up or doesn't have diarrhea isn't pulling on her ears or anything so I don't know what could be causing it. I am calling her doctor in the morning. I have her Tylenol about an hour and half ago she was crying so much she threw it up is It ok to give her more?
