My 18 Month Old Has Had Yellow/beige Colour Poop For

My 18 month old has had yellow/beige colour poop for like a week now. She has been getting a couple molers and recently started drinking more homo milk then she's used to since she is still breast feeding at nap time and before bed. She wouldn't take milk in a bottle till maybe about 2-4 wks ago but she was taking homo milk in a open cup. We seen a eating specialist and our concern at that time was her not getting enough calcium but now she is getting her amount of calcium that the doctor ordered but now she's had this poop and loss of appetite 2 for like a wk... I was thinking its teething but she is eating what she is choosing to eat... Like she is choosing some meats ,steak and pork chops, and choosing fruits but only fixated on a few , peaches and pears (doles plastic bottle kind)... She won't eat apples or bananas... Wondering if this is because of teething or could she have a stomach bug or a possible allergy.?.
